The contact form asks for your name, email address, and a description of your project. You can also provide a phone number, business name, and current website. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information in a website inquiry.
Good Creations uses your inquiry details to review your request, respond, and discuss work you have asked about. The form does not enroll you in a mailing list.
Inquiries submitted through this website are stored in a private Good Creations inbox hosted on Cloudflare. Access to the inbox requires authentication. Cloudflare also processes website requests as our hosting and infrastructure provider.
Email delivery is a separate part of responding to an inquiry. If you contact Bob directly by email, your email is handled by the email providers involved in sending and receiving it.
The website uses limited request information to operate the site and reduce automated form abuse. The contact system uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers for rate limiting. The hosting provider may process technical request and security information as part of operating its service.
The private inbox and analytics dashboard use essential cookies for authenticated administrator access.
Good Creations uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they reach the website. Google Analytics can use cookies and technical information about your browser, device, and site activity. We use aggregate reports to improve the site. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.
Contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers, and messages are not sent to Google Analytics by our form code. Our page-view configuration excludes URL query strings and fragments. Private administrator pages do not load the analytics tag.
You can contact bob@goodcreations.com to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction, or discuss removal. Include enough context to identify the inquiry, but do not send passwords or identification documents through the contact form.
Good Creations retains inquiry information for responding to requests and managing related business conversations. Contact Bob if you would like to discuss a particular record.
